This set contains 2 Borei class submarines: The K-535 "Yury Dolgorukiy" and the K-550 "Alexander Nevskiy" presented in "Waterline" version (upper part of the ship only, as if it were partially submerged) .

The Borei class of the Russian word "Борей" meaning Boreas (Greek deity of the north winds), is the NATO code for the 4th generation nuclear missile submarine (SSBN) class of the Russian Military Maritime Fleet. It is the first SSBN developed by Russia since the fall of the Soviet Union. This program, first called "Projekt 935" until its freezing in the 1990s, will then be overhauled and will bear the code "Projekt 955". The head of the class, the Yuri Dolgorouki (named after the founder of Moscow), begins sea trials on June 19, 1992 for delivery later this year.
